Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• Scholars must be qualified to provide Islamic guidance in the areas they list, and must accurately represent their credentials.

Seeker accounts are for individuals seeking private guidance from verified scholars on faith, marriage, family, emotions, and related topics.

Scholar accounts are for qualified Muslim scholars who provide consultations and group classes on the Service. Scholar accounts go through a verification process (credential and document review by Androxus administrators) before they can accept bookings or run classes.

• You are responsible for safeguarding access to the email address used to sign in to your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You must not impersonate another person, scholar, or entity.
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, refunds, or fair-use limits.
• Notify us promptly at support@androxus.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

We review the credentials, documents, and supporting material that scholars submit. We may approve, reject, request additional information, or revoke a previously approved verification if we discover discrepancies, complaints, or signs of fraudulent activity. Document submission does not guarantee approval. We may re-verify scholars periodically and may suspend or remove a scholar profile based on repeated negative reviews, no-shows, or violations of these Terms.

Naseeho is a platform that connects seekers with scholars and facilitates consultations and classes between them. Scholars are independent providers and are not employees of Androxus. The guidance, opinions, and views expressed by a scholar during a consultation are those of the scholar alone and do not represent the views of Naseeho or Androxus. We do not:

• Provide religious rulings or opinions ourselves.
• Endorse any specific school of thought, madhhab, or interpretation.
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any guidance given by a scholar.
• Guarantee a match within any specific time window when you request an instant consultation.
• Provide medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Consultations are religious and pastoral in nature only and are not a substitute for professional services.

If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or facing a medical or legal emergency, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services. Naseeho is not an emergency service.

Payments on Naseeho are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to these Terms. Prices for consultations and classes are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout.

Scholars receive a share of the consultation fee net of platform fees and applicable taxes. Payouts are made to the scholar's nominated UPI or bank account on a scheduled basis. Scholars are responsible for their own income tax and GST obligations on amounts they receive.

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to protect both seekers and scholars fairly:

• Failed match (instant consultations): if no scholar accepts your instant consultation request within the matching window, you are charged nothing, or any pre-authorised amount is reversed in full.
• Scholar cancellation or no-show: if the scholar cancels a scheduled consultation, or does not join the call within a reasonable grace period after the start time, you receive a full refund automatically.
• Seeker cancellation before scholar acceptance: for scheduled bookings, you may cancel before the scholar accepts the booking for a full refund.
• Seeker cancellation after scholar acceptance: after a scholar has accepted a scheduled booking, cancellation is at our discretion and may be subject to a partial refund net of payment-processor fees, depending on how close to the scheduled time the cancellation is made.
• Technical failure: if a consultation cannot proceed because of a technical failure attributable to the Service, we will either reschedule the consultation at no cost or refund the fee in full.
• Quality complaints: if you believe a consultation fell substantially short of what was offered, email support@androxus.com within 7 days of the consultation. We review each complaint in good faith and may issue full or partial refunds where appropriate.

Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time. We do not provide cash refunds.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation.
• Submit forged or falsified credentials, certificates, or identification.
• Solicit, post, or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Record, screenshot, transcribe, or redistribute the audio, video, or content of a consultation without the explicit consent of all parties.
• Use the Service to solicit non-religious services that we do not authorise (e.g., medical diagnoses, legal representation, financial brokering).
• Promote violence, extremism, sectarianism, or content that incites hatred against any group.
• Spam other users, send unsolicited bulk messages, or scrape data from the Service.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass verification gates, payment gates, rate limits, or security measures.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' use of the Service.

Seekers may leave a rating and written review after a consultation. Reviews must be honest, based on the seeker's own experience, and free of personal attacks, private information, or unrelated content. We may remove reviews that violate these rules, but we do not edit reviews to make them more favourable to the scholar. By submitting a review you grant Androxus a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display it on the Service.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (profile photos, bio text, scholar credentials, reviews, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Androxus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, host, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. We will not use your content for advertising outside the Service without your consent.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Androxus and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted. “Naseeho” and “Androxus” are trademarks of Androxus.

The Service depends on third-party services including Cloudflare (hosting, storage, real-time SFU), Razorpay (payments and payouts), and email-delivery providers. Your use of those underlying services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or behaviour of third-party services.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@androxus.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse, harmed another user or the Service, or failed verification re-checks. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, dispute resolution, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Androxus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific scholar will be available at a given time. Scholars are independent providers; their opinions and guidance are their own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Androxus and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Androxus in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 (whichever is greater).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Androxus, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights), or your breach of any obligation under a consultation or class arranged through the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@androxus.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, notify users via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

• Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Androxus regarding the Service.
• Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights, e.g., in connection with a merger or acquisition.
• Notices: we may send notices to the email address on your account.
